The Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role in managing the company's financial operations, focusing on bank reconciliations, forensic accounting, cost accounting, and ERP system utilization. Acting as a liaison between the accounting team, CFO, and Controller, the successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting aspects for operations, including bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
Serve as the lead point of contact for the Las Vegas office, facilitating communication between the accounting team, Controller, and CFO.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
Experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
Skills
Proven experience with financial software systems (Oracle experience preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
