JOB SUMMARY :
Prepares and serves a minimum of three nutritionally adequate, palatable meals and snacks as per daily requirements.
GENERAL HEALTH REQUIREMENTS :
The necessary 2-step tuberculosis test within 30 days before or 7 days after employment.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Prepares meals according to planned menu set forth by food service registered Dietician.
Maintains the kitchen, dining room, and food storage areas, keeping areas clean and free of possible contamination.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERIENCE :
High school graduate, training and experience desired but not required.
