Tarantino Properties is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for an Active Adult community in Richmond, TX, Springwood Aliana.

Founded in 1980, our company provides a full complement of property management, brokerage, leasing and renovation services for commercial, residential and senior living properties throughout the United States. Tarantino currently manages over $2 Billion in real estate assets.
The ideal Leasing Consultant will have a customer service-oriented, people-focused mentality, and excellent communication skills. This individual will possess a strong experienced in leasing.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lease apartment by selling the benefits of living at one of our communities
- Always be selling – over the phone, through email and in person. You are the subject expert on the product, the property, and the local neighborhood
- Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
- Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
- Lease-up experience preferred
- Must have experience, social media savvy marketing experience a plus
