What You'll Do
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in managing and growing our key retailer and distributor accounts. You will lead a team of Field Sales Representatives and Brand Ambassadors, drive sales initiatives, and develop impactful promotional strategies. Your efforts will help foster strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, driving business growth and delivering value to both our company and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Account Management: Lead and manage high-priority accounts to drive sales and distribution.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of Field Sales Representatives and Brand Ambassadors.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
• Promotional Events: Plan and execute successful in-store consumer promotions to boost brand awareness.
• Sales Forecasting: Provide insights and sales forecasting to assist in business planning.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and wholesalers to drive mutual growth.
• Reporting & Administration: Track and report on sales activities, ensure accurate documentation, and update customer records in CRM.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of field sales experience, preferably in the tobacco or related industries.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel as needed.
• Positive Attitude: A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business results and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Salary : $60,000
