Job Summary:
Tareen Dermatology is hiring for a full-time Dispensary Technician Lead. We are a growing physician-owned Dermatology practice located in the Twin Cities Metro.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages inventory and places weekly orders based on dispensary need.
- Communicates with vendors regarding back order products, availability, and pricing.
- Work as needed in dispensary as a technician covering shifts – entering prescriptions, communicating with medical staff, billing insurance, filling prescriptions, dispensing medications to patients in clinic.
- Ensures patient communication follow up has been completed.
- Assists with problem solving for dispensary staff questions.
- Supporting Dispensary Director with miscellaneous tasks
- Travel to other sites as necessary.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This role will be responsible for helping to resolve employee and patient issues, training new hires, and managing workflow.

Education and Experience:
- High school or equivalent required
- 1-2 year prior healthcare or pharmacy experience required.
