Position Summary:
We are looking for an Office Administrator to be an integral member of our growing Human Resources team. The Office Administrator will support the HR team in a variety of functions including recruiting, onboarding, HRIS employee data management, payroll, and employee benefits. This role will serve as the first point of contact to our office and will ensure that office visitation practices are followed. They will work closely with our employees. This role will also be responsible for supporting the Executive Operations Manager in administrative tasks that are key to the smooth daily operations of the CEO office. The ideal candidate will be a people person and have excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Acts as first point of contact for all employees and visitors to the TARGAN facility.
- Screens all incoming phone calls and inquires.
- Ensures that non-disclosure agreements are completed and filed accordingly.
- Supports onboarding for new hires by ensuring that all functions involved are promptly notified and prepared for their arrivals.
- Assists in scheduling interviews for open roles, ensuring that timing is aligned with internal stakeholders.
- Assists HR with making travel arrangements for candidates.
- Assists in the administration of HR programs.
- Purchasing and maintaining inventory of branded items
- Provides support to leadership and employees in administering human resource policies and procedures.
- Assists with coordination of employee recognition events as requested.
- Assists with planning employee trainings and special events.
- Participates in and coordinates basic employee training programs including New Hire Orientation, Harassment training, Manager’s training, and other training programs as necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
- Assists Executive Operations Manager in administrative tasks related to the CEO office
- Assists Executive Operations Manager in planning and execution of internal events, such as Town Halls, Board Meetings, etc.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of relevant human resources experience preferred.
- Computer skills, including but not limited to, the Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- A high degree of integrity, ethics, and judgment.
