To further their ambition of becoming a leader in the Very Small Business (VSB) segment—defined as businesses with 1-20 employees—they are looking for an exceptional Global Leader.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee comprehensive business operations, including product strategy, sales, marketing, and customer experience for solutions tailored to small business owners. Your leadership will be key in driving growth, achieving business objectives, and enhancing customer satisfaction while aligning product offerings with market needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Craft and implement a robust business strategy, set clear goals and metrics to broaden the adoption of solutions among very small businesses (VSBs).
- Operational Oversight : Take charge of delivering strong financial performance (including P&L responsibilities), managing budgets, marketing plans, and forecasting to fuel profitable growth.
- Product & Customer Focus : Lead a dedicated VSB Product Management team to create a product lineup that meets the distinctive needs of very small businesses. Promote a customer-centric approach across all projects.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution : Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams to design an integrated GTM strategy, launching impactful campaigns that amplify market presence.
- Strategic Partnerships : Forge valuable collaborations with external organizations and service providers to expand small business solutions, leveraging strategic partnerships to broaden accessibility.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, support, and business development teams to ensure effective execution of business objectives, showcasing your ability to lead in a matrix environment with shared resources.
- Team Development : Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing direct and virtual team dedicated to exceeding business goals.
