The pay range is $125,600.00 - $226,100.00

Leading a team of business strategists, you will apply your strengths in fact-based and analytical problem-solving, critical and conceptual thinking, passion for innovation, and strong leadership presence to shape Target’s long-term strategic direction.
As a Strategy Director, you will…
- Lead multiple project teams on strategy consulting-like engagements that identify and seek to harness enterprise or business unit growth opportunities.
- Understand retail trends, competitors, and consumers to develop new concepts and businesses that meet future needs in the fast-evolving multi-channel retail landscape.
- Become a thought partner to senior executives, influencing decisions in line with business unit and enterprise strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and effectively influence without authority to drive business decisions and advance long-term strategic efforts.
- Coordinate and collaborate with partners across other Insights, Strategy and Innovation teams to maximize strategic impact of work.
- Be responsible for long-term development of Direct Reports and coach and develop project team members (Principals, Leads, and Sr. Analysts).
- Act as core member of the Enterprise Strategy Development leadership team, prioritizing resources, setting overall team direction, and representing the team’s professional and fun culture.
- Work closely with VP, Enterprise Strategy and Growth and Sr. Director, Enterprise Strategy Development in plotting future strategic opportunities for company growth.

About You :
This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as 'Flex for Your Day') work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
