Duties

- Communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus to assist a diverse customer base.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette while managing high call volumes in a call center environment.
- Assist with customer check ins as mecessary.

Qualifications
