Job Description / Requirement
Responsibilities
- Take ownership and coordinate with others to support daily audio visual technical requests.
- Support daily AV operations, break fix and business.
- Station at client site for day-to-day support as backfill for daily audio visual operation and event support.
- Assist on setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance works for audio visual systems.
- Compile and analyze weekly report, incident reports, service report submission.
- Manage and update the inventory of AV equipment in office and client site.
