Commercial Litigation Associate - Chicago /New York Office
A prominent law firm’s Chicago and New York office is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of litigation experience to join the Commercial Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will possess experience in drafting briefs and motions, managing fact and expert discovery, and engaging in deposition and trial preparation. Strong interpersonal, communication, research, analytical, and writing skills are essential. Candidates should be prepared to assume significant responsibility in managing cases and to take on a client-facing role with opposing counsel and the courts.
Requirements:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership, in good standing, in the jurisdiction of practice.
- A demonstrated track record of academic and professional excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing client relationships and handling complex litigation matters independently.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $225,000 to $390,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
