Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, with the ability to read blueprints and execute projects with precision. This role involves working on various construction sites, focusing on the finishing of concrete surfaces to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
Duties
- Prepare and set up work areas for concrete pouring, ensuring all materials are ready and accessible.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete using various tools and techniques to achieve desired textures and finishes.
- Perform renovations and restorations of existing concrete structures as needed.
- Install flooring materials, including tile laying, ensuring proper alignment and adherence.
- Conduct metal stud framing for walls as part of larger construction projects.
- Apply plaster and drywall techniques where necessary to complete projects effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans.
- Familiarity with metal stud framing, tile laying, flooring installation, plastering, and drywall installation is preferred.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team on various job sites.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Valid commercial driving license is a plus but not required.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods, lifting heavy materials, and working in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $180.00 - $220.00 per day
