Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in finishing concrete surfaces for various construction projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively with other construction professionals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and finish concrete surfaces, including floors, driveways, sidewalks, and foundations.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Utilize various tools and techniques for concrete installation and finishing, ensuring a smooth and durable surface.
- Renovate and restore existing concrete structures as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in metal stud framing, drywall installation, plastering, flooring installation, and tile laying as required by the project scope.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of concrete properties and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Experience with metal stud framing, drywall installation, plastering, flooring installation, and tile laying is highly desirable.
- Valid commercial driving license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as required by the job.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: $180.00 - $220.00 per day
