We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team; the ideal candidate will be looking for a long-term growth within our organization. Working onsite from our Conshohocken Pennsylvania office.
The Staff Accountant will be reporting to Controller at Tarkett Sports Construction Mid- Atlantic and will process the accounts receivable, payable and payroll, and financial operations. This role requires QuickBooks expertise, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume accounts payable, receivable processing within QuickBooks Online
- Review subcontractor billing for accuracy and complete documentation
- Processing bi-weekly payroll
- Assist with general office duties
- Other tasks as assigned by Controller
Experience & Education Desired:
- Education: 2 years’ experience equivalent to business degree or bachelor’s degree in business.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting, with 2 years of QuickBooks experience required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in construction or engineering accounting preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Collaboration: Ability to work across multiple management levels and departments to ensure timely task completion.
- Independence: Self-directed and capable of handling multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
