We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to help drive our talent acquisition strategy including full-cycle recruiting and innovative sourcing approaches to attract top-tier talent for corporate salaried professional roles and manufacturing technical and professional roles. This role will represent the Tarkett North America employer brand and will be responsible for recruitment initiatives, collaborating with hiring managers and human resources business partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and retain high-quality candidates across various departments.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand through recruitment marketing strategies, social media presence, and employee advocacy.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve hiring efficiency.
- Technology & Tools: Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify and attract top talent.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure candidate slates have diverse representation to support an inclusive hiring process.
- Team Continuous Improvement: Identify best practices and process improvements and implement with the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5 years of corporate and/or technical recruiting experience, preferably comfortable with a fast-paced environment and sourcing-heavy requisitions.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles, including multiple of the following: engineering, finance, supply chain, customer service, sales, and leadership positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques; WorkDay experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with various teams.

- Hybrid work: this position is primarily remote with in person meetings up to 6 times per year. Initial onboarding travel will be required as well as in person meet and greets with hiring managers.
