**This is a full time, in-office position, Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM.**
The therapy staffing coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining clinician schedules according to authorizations, patient needs, and clinician availability. The staffing coordinator must maintain excellent relationships with the therapists and vendors, be aware of their availability and special skills, and their geolocation. The employee must submit the schedules before the end of the day and report to case managers, operations managers, and the DON.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with previous home health experience or physical therapy experience. They are a reliable and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast paced environment. Staffing coordinator responsibilities:
- Accept new referrals on daily basis and create schedules based on the referral requirements.
- Organize active patient schedules based on the priorities and requirements.
- Manage, organize, and troubleshoot the patient and staffing logs every day.
- Keep field staff availability updated and posted.
- Keep the EMR system up to date.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the clinicians.
- Communicate with the nurses and patients and troubleshoot based on the situations.
- Provide accurate information and updates to therapists for daily schedule.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Healthcare agency experience required, home health a plus
