- System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Provide support for existing pharmacy and logistics systems, addressing internal alerts and tickets promptly.
- Analytics: Research and analyze all aspects of existing business processes and help draft, refine, and promote proposed solutions for business needs. Develop methodology documents based on self-initiated interviews, diagrams, surveys, and workflow analysis.
- Development & Enhancement: Implement new features, refactor legacy code, and propose system improvements to optimize performance. Actively participate in the testing and implementation of new software applications as well as test current application functionality when updates are performed.
- System Integration: Collaborate with internal and third-party APIs, including tasks such as message brokering and XML integrations.
- Standards Implementation: Assist in defining and implementing coding standards and development workflows to ensure consistency and quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Systems Analysts, Business Operations Analysts, Data Architects, Pharmacists, and Operations Staff to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Project Participation: Engage in significant projects, including developing an operations dashboard, creating a centralized contacts list, and facilitating major pharmacy system conversions.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years in JavaScript / CSS / HTML; experience with React is highly desirable.
- 3 years SQL query writing skills.
- 1 year of experience with Node.js and full-stack development principles.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex systems.
- Ability to be on-site in Austin, TX each week.

- Experience with SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
