What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone who has at least 3-5 years of experience working as a Finance Manager of a large volume, reputable dealership.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between the dealership and the lending partners
• Utilization of a menu-based selling process
• Present financial services products in a transparent and compliant manor to every customer
• Ensure every customer gets turned over to Finance
• Track portfolios with lenders
• Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to insure a timely turn around on all deals, as well as the accuracy of all documents produced in the department
• Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals while also looking out for the dealerships best interests as a whole
• Be an example of professional morals, ethics and excellent customer service (CSI)
• Schedule one-on-one and group trainings with your Salespeople and Sales Managers on an ongoing basis
• Ensures adherence to F&I reporting requirements of company
• Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Finance Manager of a reputable, large volume dealership
• Preferred Honda Experience
• Leadership Capabilities
• Ability to Train and Assist fellow employees
• Process Driven and able to initiate, implement, and monitor process.
• Unwavering commitment to customer service
• Passion for coaching and development
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Strong work ethic, excellent communications skills and attention-to-detail
• Computer savvy and team-oriented
• Preferred CDK experience
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
