Tarvos Talent is hiring a Part-Time Accounts Payable Administrator for a client in West Austin. This onsite position offers a fantastic chance to contribute to a fast-paced office environment while developing your administrative skills.
In this role, the AP Admin will be handling a variety of tasks such as scanning, matching checks, and saving PDFs to the system. You will be focused on receiving checks, filing them physically, and organizing vendor folders. You will also maintain both physical and digital filing systems, and may assist with monitoring the AP inbox, among other duties that may arise.
The perfect candidate will be dependable, with a strong ability to manage repetitive tasks and maintain a high level of organization. A positive attitude and the ability to handle the physical demands of the job—such as filing and scanning—are key. Proficiency in MS Office is encouraged. We are looking for someone who is ready to jump in and get the work done with minimal oversight.
