Required Experience:
- 1 years of B2B collections experience
- Experience in Excel - Pivot Tables & VLookups
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships and negotiate
- Experience working in multiple software programs at once
- Solid understanding of fair credit practices and collection regulations
