Job Title: Commercial Collections Specialist
Location: Central Austin, Texas (hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite)

Pay Rate: $26-28/hr
Job Description:
LHH (formerly Accounting Principals) is seeking an experienced Commercial Collections Specialist to join our team on a contract basis for 3 months. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding commercial accounts receivable for our SAAS company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of collections processes, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and collect outstanding commercial accounts receivable.
Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare and analyze reports on collection activities and account statuses.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial collections, preferably in a SAAS or technology company.
Strong understanding of collections processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in utilizing Excel.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
