Key Responsibilities :

Market Development & Client Acquisition :

  • Identify potential clients and open doors to new business opportunities
  • Leverage industry insights and social media platforms to expand the company's reach
  • Develop and execute market development plans to engage new customers and increase market share
  • Sales Strategy & Forecasting :

  • Collaborate with the sales team to define and implement sales strategies
  • Present and report on sales performance, provide insights into market conditions, and forecast future sales
  • Trade Shows & Networking :

  • Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and networking events
  • Represent the company in meetings with potential clients, presenting technical solutions and business value
  • Partnerships & Business Development :

  • Develop strategic partnerships with key contractors, technology providers, and other relevant organizations
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts
  • Technical Support & Expertise :

  • Provide technical expertise in pre-sales discussions, helping to configure and present the right solutions for clients' needs
  • Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis :

  • Regularly review and report on sales performance, market trends, and potential new business
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role
  • Strong understanding of automated test solutions, test instrumentation, software tools (LabVIEW, Python, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build trust with customers and provide effective technical solutions
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support sales activities, customer meetings, and product demonstrations
  • Compensation :

  • 125k to $150k base salary plus commission (based on experience)
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
