Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and review of all external financial reports, ensuring they align with US GAAP and SEC requirements.
- Conduct research and track industry filings to stay informed on emerging trends and best practices for disclosures.
- Lead the research, analysis, and documentation of complex accounting issues, providing guidance on technical matters.
- Contribute to the adoption of new accounting and reporting standards, creating new processes to ensure compliance with updated reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 4 years of accounting experience required, with a mixture of public and industry experience preferred.
- Active CPA or sections passed required.
