Quality Management Coordinator

Job Summary

TASC, Inc. is seeking an experienced individual for our Supported Community Living Program who is experienced in providing overall leadership and oversight and whose work embraces the agency’s values of accountability and responsibility to our programs. The position is responsible for all aspects of planning, developing, and evaluating the residential service activities.

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Implements and coordinates activities that support the Quality

Assurance, Management, and Improvement Programs

• Ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

(Medicaid, compliance audits, accreditation, and certifications)

• Mentors staff in the collection, analysis and reporting of data
• Facilitates improvement projects
• Provides supervision and guidance to Site Managers
• Develops and maintains a master schedule for SCL sites based on

current staffing requirements.

• Processes incident reports, and reports critical incidents to the State of Iowa as

necessary.

• Tracks trend/patterns of incident reports and compiles information into

quarterly and annual reports to the Executive Director.

• Presents reports to the Executive Director

Experience

• Proven experience in quality management or a related field is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of Medicaid, MCO’s and/or disabilities issues
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Experience in project management is a plus, demonstrating the ability to lead initiatives from conception through execution.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.

All applicants must be able to pass an extensive background check including a criminal history check and checks of the sex offender, Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, and OIG/SAM.
