Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service and repair, demonstrating exceptional mechanical knowledge and expertise. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring high-quality service while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues accurately.
- Execute automotive repairs, including but not limited to engine repair, transmission work, and diesel engine repair.
- Conduct auto estimating to provide customers with detailed service recommendations.
- Align vehicles and ensure proper functioning of all systems.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs and repair processes.
- Collaborate with other service technicians to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of Volkswagen, Porsche or Audi at an authorized dealership.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Proficiency as a flat rate technician and wants to make 75 hours a week.
- Factory certification from one of the above brands
- Experience with CDK DMS system
- Ability to transmit technical information clearly to clients and team members.
- Previous experience as a flat rate technician in an authorized new car dealership
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and software is advantageous.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
