Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and experienced Human Resources person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization is compliant with employment labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong data analysis skills, effective negotiation abilities, and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and improve processes.
- Facilitate succession planning to ensure leadership continuity.
- Utilize HR software systems such as Pay Clock and ADP for efficient HR management.
- Negotiate employee contracts and manage employee relations issues.
- Present HR metrics and reports to senior management for strategic planning.
- Develop and manage safety training for all locations.
- Manage weekly reporting of employee time off, garnishments and timekeeping.
- Oversee the worker's compensation process for employees and assisting employees with employee benefit enrollments and questions.
Skills
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and trends.
- Proficiency in HR software systems, including ADP and Pay Clock.
- Knowledge of employment labor law to ensure compliance.
- Excellent negotiation skills for handling contracts and employee relations.
- Experience in succession planning to develop future leaders within the organization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to manage and oversee employee conflicts, and train managers on proper conflict resolution techniques, and any other relevant HR Training.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
