Job Role:
- Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager. Must be uber organized, on the ball and generally interested in diving in to help keeping things straight and drive the business forward in a multi-tasking environment.
- A day in this job could entail everything from responding to and managing emails, acting as a gate keeper to the CEO, administrative support, proactive calendar management, running payroll and managing Human Resources, meeting and event coordinating including for our Annual Franchise owner’s Summit, project & special initiatives management, generating and reviewing reports, ordering supplies, making travel arrangements, running errands/picking up kids from the bus or activities, going to the grocery store, preparing a light lunch.
- Will work from a home office in Queenstown, MD and our headquarter office in Chester, MD
What You’ll Need:
- 2-3 years of executive assistant experience, preferably with a small business.
- Excellent communication, flexibility and project project coordination experience required.
- Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach with the ability to keep complete confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Great technology and office management skills to manage our small office including files, google drive, dropbox, new employee computer set-ups as needed to run the office. Must have advanced computer skills (we use Macs).
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle multiple projects.
