Main Responsibilities
- Direct reporting to the TAT Piedmont Controller
- Perform Monthly / Quarterly financial close cycle
- Complete financial reports and routines with high level of quality in a timely manner
- SOX Compliance, Control Auditing, and Improvement Implementations
- Assistance in managing all accounting routines - Working with finance team to create internal controls, routines, and policies
- Identifying solutions for discrepancies in financial reports
- Assistance in managing all aspects of the General Ledger
- Work with the finance team on process improvements
- Assure inventory accuracy
- Work collaboratively with the group's finance team
- Work collaboratively with all 3rd party audits to include PWC, Internal, & SOX
- Collaborate with site managers and employees
About You
- BS in Accounting required or related field
- Audit experience, CPA preferred
- 3-5 years' experience in finance-related roles with deep accounting background, preferably in MFG
- Advanced knowledge and technical ability in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems
