Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Manages service request lifecycle
• Prioritize and assign the service requests through use of DevOps software
• Tracks & requests the fulfillment process
• Ensures timely resolution of requests
• Engages with stakeholders for request updates
Qualifications
• Proven experience in service request management or IT service management.
• Strong understanding of Kanban methodologies and Agile principles. Must have or receive Kanban certification within 3 months of employment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• ADO, Jira, or other DevOps software experience
• Ability to work without constant direction
Nice to Have
• Technical experience or experience in IT environment
• User Story/Task creation experience•
Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000 a year
