Job title: Teamcenter PLM Administrator
Location : East Hartford, Connecticut
Duration : Full-time Role
Key responsibilities:
Work as an application administrator of our enterprise PLM environment to deliver and execute global PLM requirements in support of world class system availability and performance
Manage the overall PLM infrastructure architecture: PLM installations, servers, database systems, interconnections, and standup of new environments (including all Dev, Test, Prod, and Demo environments)
Ensure appropriate cleanup and consistency across PLM environment (retirement of servers when appropriate, license consolidation recommendations)
Ensuring compliance against auditability, separation of duties, appropriate server-level access roles definition & protections in collaboration with our cyber security team
Advise Database team on configurations to keep world-class performance, assist with data migrations during upgrades or re-platforms
Assist with troubleshooting efforts during outages, working with engineering and broader PLM team
Coordinate with core Infrastructure team to meet system requirements, ensure appropriate network support
Support for the PLM web application server and Teamcenter Security Services (TcSS)
Assist with growing DevSecOps overall for our PLM platform, automation of manual tasks
Participate in standups, planning sessions, reviews, demos, etc as coordinated by the Project Manager
Assist with integrations between PLM platform and other enterprise systems (including PLM, MBSE, CAD, ERP, MES, external) to enable end-to-end data connectivity across the organization
Consulting with Engineering customers to advise on key PLM product and configuration challenges
Help with deployment of application performance monitoring tools to improve the performance and reliability of PLM systems
Participate on the PLM Interdisciplinary Program Management Team to provide technical expertise and maintain project continuity and communicate deployment plans.
Assist with P&W PLM roadmap including technologies and industry best practices.

Experience/Qualifications:
5 years experience of TeamCenter/NX PLM administration, or similar PLM administration roles
Ability to conduct production installations & configurations for PLM Teamcenter applications
Experience with Oracle databases; comfortable using SQL for analyzing connectivity issues and updating configuration files that facilitate the DB connectivity
Experience with PLM monitoring tools (performance, utilization, license management)
Experience automating manual administration tasks into a DevSevOps pipeline
