Controls Engineer will be responsible for supporting the global planning, execution and programs coordination of specific Controls and SW platform solutions.

Controls Engineer will be responsible for supporting the global planning, execution and programs coordination of specific Controls and SW platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing Feasibility and cost assessment for Controls & SW to the vehicle/programs.
- Representing the Controls System (Controllers and SW) vs the Propulsion System Community as primary interface.
- Coordinating Controls Features development.
- Defining Feature Roll-out Plan (What and When) that aligns to overall program milestones and objectives.
- Playing a key role in the Controls & SW change Management, Quality assessment and Risk mitigation.
- Lead and mentor a team of controls engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Ensure rigorous validation of control functions to meet and exceed specified requirements throughout the vehicle development cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other engineering units to drive the development of cutting-edge controls technology.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in controls engineering processes, methodologies, and technologies.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- As need to work on Complex Systems, it is essential the successful candidate can show a proven record of working on his/her own initiative and within a team delivering high quality and robust technical solutions.
- Bachelor/Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 4.5 years of engineering experience (2 years in automotive)
- Ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Previous experience as Controls/SW developer using Matlab Simulink/Stateflow, Embedded C, testing or calibration engineer will be considered a plus
- Be proactive, take ownership and be accountable.
- Familiarity with software development tools and debugging techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
