Job Description:
Tate Access Floors Inc., a leader in data center infrastructure solutions, seeks an experienced Data Center Project Manager to oversee the implementation and completion of projects while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategy, commitments, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement projects after sales completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create project timelines and schedules.
- Support the data center engineering and sales team.
- Monitor and track project performance.
- Implement and manage change as necessary to meet project outputs.
- Evaluate and assess project results.
Additional Requirements:
- Maintain awareness of individual contribution to and impact of quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and activities.
- Report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel.
- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies.
- Ensure adherence to product compliance in accordance with Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- ~3-5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or general industry.
- Project Management Professional qualification (PMP) or equivalent.
- Agile project management experience.
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge.
- Experience as a project manager.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
