About the Role

This role is focused on the planning and scheduling for two of TATE’s departments, Ceiling Grid and Strut. You will be aligning demand with available raw materials, labor, and equipment capacity constraints to provide the best delivery dates for the given demand. This also includes leveling demand to prevent delays and minimize cost.

What You'll Do

  • Managing the day-to-day scheduling of two departments. This includes acknowledging new order delivery dates, researching potential component shortages and available capacity.
  • Address the impact on production schedules when unforeseen issues arise.
  • Work directly with production supervisors to best align work with available resources as needed.
  • Notify customer service of any delivery delays.
  • Work with shipping to align coordinated delivery of projects once completed.
  • Identify and develop documented processes when necessary.

Additional Expectations

  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You'll Bring

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Relevant experience of minimum 3 years.
  • MRP/ERP experience, particularly materials management, scheduling, and planning. Infor XA experience is preferable but not required.
  • Ability to use MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to respond communicate changes that affect customer deliveries.
  • Scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
