About The Role

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Lead manages the AR operations, ensuring timely payments, accurate reconciliations, and effective collections. This role involves mentoring the AR team, resolving billing disputes, and implementing process improvements. Additionally, they ensure compliance with accounting standards, support audits, and maintain accurate financial records to optimize cash flow and customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Invoice Management:
• Prepare and send invoices/Pay applications to customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing information.
• Process and apply incoming payments.
• Account Management:
• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts.
• Manage customer accounts receivable accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Update client billing information.
• Collection Efforts:
• Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments.
• Make collection calls and perform follow-up activities.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare monthly reconciles for review with Credit Manager.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Customer Service:
• Initiate and Resolve Billing/Pricing Discrepancies with Customer Service.
• Provide excellent customer service during collection efforts.
• Other Duties:
• Process credit notes and invoice in third party portal such as Textura, AribaPay, etc.
• Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits.
• Safeguard customer accounts receivable data and ensure the accuracy of records.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Assist in the overall Accounts Receivable operations.
  

Additional Expectations

• Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
• Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
• Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
• Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
