What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher position at Tattnall Wee Center?
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards (Lead Teachers Only)
- Provide instruction to children daily ( Ages 1 and up)
- Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
- Ensure the children have good hygeine
-Changing diapers/ pull ups, assisting with potty time
-Cleaning interactive areas throughout the day
-Caring and compassionate attitude when interacting with and caring for children
-Excellent patience and stamina for keeping up with the demands of children
- Advanced multitasking and organizational skills to handle multiple children at a time
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children perfered
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Strong organizational skills for lesson planning and curriculum development (Leads)
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities

Infants 8:00am-5:00pm (Two openings)
Twos (Potty Training) 6:30am-2:30pm TCC or CDA Required or currently enrolled in TCC Program
Threes (Potty Training) 10:00am-6:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
