We are working with a rapidly expanding manufacturing firm close to Millville, NJ. They are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join their team. This position is responsible for handling invoices, reconciling account statements, and ensuring timely vendor payments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and well-versed in AP operations within a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee various AP functions, including invoice processing, coding, and data entry.
- Process payments via checks, ACH transfers, and wire transactions.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and promptly address discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial guidelines.
- Assist with month-end closing tasks and AP aging reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle AP experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
