Controller- $135,000 to $150,000 plus bonus (IN OFFICE)
Outstanding opportunity to join a privately held company near Hershey as their Controller.
The Controller will report to one of our favorite CFO’s in the region and will manage a team of 8-10 accounting professionals. Having known the CFO for over a decade - we know he is a great manager and a high integrity guy who prioritizes flexibility and work / life balance for his team.
The Controller will oversee accounting operations (closing process, reconciliations, balance sheet integrity, internal controls), financial reporting, cash flow management, audit / risk management / compliance, financial analysis and ERP System Management.
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of total accounting experience. Our client REQUIRES prior supervisory / management experience.
