Hybrid Finance Manager Opportunity
Tatum by Randstad is seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to join their client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the company's financial planning and analysis, as well as budgeting and forecasting.
You will lead a team of two Analysts and be accountable for analyzing and communicating financial performance on product line, customer, channel, sales organization and overall profitability.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $145,000 plus a 20% bonus. After a 60-90 day onboarding process, you can enjoy a hybrid work schedule with up to two days of remote work.
To be successful, you will need a Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of experience in a FP&A role, with outstanding Excel skills.
