Director of Finance and Operations - $180,000 to $210,000 plus bonus (IN OFFICE)
Based on the promotion of an individual we placed in this role back in 2023, our client - a mid-sized privately held company in the suburbs of Lancaster County is seeking a Director of Finance and Operations.
This is an extremely visible leadership role that will interact with all aspects of our client’s business including Finance, Operations, Sales and Legal. This position will have two direct reports and several indirect reports and will focus heavily on FP&A, operational analysis, capital management and risk management. This position will report to our client’s long-time CFO and is really viewed to be critical part of the company’s future succession planning.
While there inevitably will be accounting responsibilities, I would argue this is not your “traditional” accounting role and will require a professional with a strong breadth of responsibilities (including - potentially past responsibilities outside of the realm of accounting and finance).
Our client requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and strongly prefers a CPA, CMA and / or MBA. Our client requires a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a Financial Leadership role (minimum of 12 years total experience) in which they have driven business and developed their staff.
