Financial Controller - $140,000 to $160,000
Working with a client on an exciting Controller opportunity on the East side of Lancaster County. This is a great role that will give you the opportunity to train with the outgoing Controller who is leaving on VERY good terms. (Can provide more info on that)
As the Controller, you will manage a solid accounting team, and have the opportunity to grow / further develop the team. While reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for managing the month end close process, managing the forecasts and budgets, tracking inventory, managing the P&L and reporting on variances, and many other ad hoc projects.
Our client is looking for someone who has Accounting experience, both in Public Accounting or Private Accounting. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar is also required. Active CPA is required for this role.
Lastly, please note this is a fully in office role.
