Reports to: Inventory Supervisor
Position Description:
Primary contact for inventory inquiries and requests. Responsible for the count of products and supplies, ensures that company inventory remains balanced, restocks supplies, assists in maintaining inventory records, and aids the purchasing department when necessary. Responsible for all transfers into and out of the inventory cage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Compiles and maintains records of inventory.
- Counts material or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records.
- Counts inventory for official store records.
- Maintains logs of all products and supplies to ensure supplies do not run out.
- Creates part kits to be distributed to other departments.
- Ensures that the stock room is clean and well-organized.
- Submits orders for replenishment of inventory.
- Retrieves products from the inventory room for other departments.
- Reports any discrepancies in inventory to the manager.
- Precisely cut and measure material.
- Responsible for documentation involving inventory.
- Responsible for conducting daily audits of the inventory.
Supervision Responsibilities:
- None
Organizational Responsibilities:
- Interact with other team members from various departments.
- Responds to requests for parts from other departments.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficient reading, writing, math, and mechanical reasoning skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to excel in a self-directed work setting.
- Ability to react to changing demands and deadlines.
- High sense of urgency with focus on maximizing safety, uptime & quality.
- Works well with the team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understand inventory practices.
- 1-2 years inventory experience
- 2-3 years of general work experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Precious inventory experience
Travel:
No regular travel.
Computer Skills:
Basic skills required.
Safety and Housekeeping:
Adhere to the company’s safety and housekeeping standards and procedures.
Physical Demands:
