This is a full-time, on-site position that supports our NFIP Direct contract. Starting wage: $43,000-$58,094 and is overtime eligible. How will you contribute? You will be part of an amazing team of compliance specialists supporting multiple departments by assisting with error review and resolution. Your responsibilities will include reviewing various data issues related to policy processing and reporting. You will assist our Finance department with daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations. In addition, you will function as a liaison with FEMA’s claims, underwriting and PIVOT support teams. Your goal will be to ensure that our processes are accurately capturing and reporting data in compliance with NFIP rules and regulations.

Preferred Skills to Stand Out:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced understanding of National Flood Insurance Program rules.
• 2 years of financial services, compliance, system analysis or related experience.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly flood insurance experience.
