We are hiring Flood Insurance Agents with a starting salary of $50,000 We will help you through the process to obtain the necessary insurance license and once you have your license, you will start your training with us to become an insurance agent! Apply Now :

You will field incoming calls from potential clients interested in property and flood insurance. No outbound or cold calls are required.

This on-site position is located at our Tampa, Florida office, 1101 E. Cumberland Ave, and you will be part of an excellent agent team.

Requirements :

Skills & Experience to Be Successful :

• Energetic, highly motivated, and competitive team player with strong interpersonal communication and a passion for success.
• Ability to gain a P&C license within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least a 3.5 GPA
