What are the responsibilities and job description for the Buy side - Associate / VP Infra & Energy position at Taurus Search?
Our client, a global infrastructure investment manager focusing on solar and wind in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific regions, is seeking both an Associate and a VP to join their North American investment team. Utilizing the firms own Balance Sheet, with a predominantly equity focus, the business currently has numerous global funds.
Responsibilities include:
· Creating, maintaining, and reviewing financial models, equity structures and debt financing
· Manage deal execution, interacting with senior deal team members etc
· Analysis of both tax equity and debt financing structures
· Work to support due diligence
Requirements:
· 3-7 years of experience in energy or infrastructure energy projects
· Relevant experience within M&A, financing or development projects.
· Previous North American experience is a must
· Strong demonstrable attention to detail when reviewing documents specifically acquisition documents, off-take agreements, shareholder agreements and project financing documents etc
