What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Real Estate Credit Manager - VP position at Taurus Search?
My client is an international bank and is looking to bring on a Corporate Real Estate Credit Manager at the VP-level.
The VP Corporate Real Estate Credit Manager will be responsible for performing credit analysis, due diligence, reviewing credit packages and monitoring a portfolio of primarily REITs and home builders.
This is a hybrid role. They are in office 2-3 days a week in NYC.
The Ideal Candidate :
- 4-7 years of real estate credit experience
- Formal credit training is preferred
- Effective analytical and technical report writing skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to execute straight forward credit requests for existing clients, author credit analyses and work with Credit Approvers within the bank
