Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Tawas Bay Beach Resort. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests at the beach bar and lounge.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service with beverage orders.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations while preparing drinks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bartending techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
