Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our dynamic team at Tawas Bay Beach Resort. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while serving food and beverages to our guests in our restaurant and lounge areas. Your contributions will directly enhance the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food or beverages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with fine dining practices is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, preferably Aloha or OpenTable.
