Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role based in Milwaukee, WI. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for Generalist HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations. This role will involve working on-site to support and collaborate with the team.
Qualifications
- 7 Years HR Generalist Experience, with emphasis in benefits and employee relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
