As the Community Success Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a safe and inspiring space for people to learn, connect, and grow. You’ll be the driving force behind a community where members feel supported, celebrated, and equipped to achieve their investment dreams. What You’ll Be Doing
- Direct Community Engagement: Build authentic connections with members, celebrate their wins, and make them feel seen and supported every step of the way.
- Lead a Rockstar Team of Specialists: Oversee and guide a team of community specialists (setters) responsible for onboarding calls, DM outreach, and ensuring members are engaged in the right spaces.
- Member Onboarding: Implement and refine processes that make every new member feel welcomed and set up for success.
- Event Hosting: Plan and facilitate workshops, Q&As, and networking events that educate and inspire.
- Community Moderation: Maintain community guidelines, moderate content, and have constructive conversations when necessary to ensure a positive environment for all members.
- Champion Community Health: Use metrics and insights to keep your finger on the pulse of engagement, retention, and member satisfaction, and always look for ways to improve.
- Foster Member Growth: Collaborate with the team to create pathways for members to ascend into higher-tier programs that align with their goals.

- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to guide and motivate others
- Experience guiding others—whether through mentoring, managing, or empowering a team.
- Comfortable with phone calls, direct messaging, and writing engaging content
Ideal Background (not required)
- Experience in education or coaching services
- Background in sales or consultative selling
- Experience using online community platforms. Circle experience is an extra plus
- Experience writing direct response style content
You must be located in Kansas City to work from our office.
