Tax Management Associates (TMA) is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to actively promote the development and marketing of TMA's full range of products and services in the Southeast.
Duties/Responsibilities
Primary sales territories will include Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Virginia, and additional states as opportunities arise. Travel is required to all assigned and potential territories. Skills should include superior interpersonal communication, a self-starting attitude, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Flexibility to work some weekends and an average of 40-50 hours per week is expected.
This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. Position requirements include daily contact with current and potential TMA client jurisdiction officials and state agencies.

Requirements
- An undergraduate degree is required.
- Prior sales experience is preferred, with additional preference given to candidates with experience in property tax with state and local government.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field is strongly preferred.
- Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The role requires a commitment to travel approximately 40%-50% of the time.
